They have learned the secrets of outstanding cuisine at restaurants such as Babbo, Bouley, NOBU, Le Bernardin, San Domenico, Daniel, and Bottega Del Vino in New Your City, TRU in Chicago, Laffite's Landing in New Orleans, and Gordon Ramsey Restaurant in London as well as the Foliage at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel. With a diverse and extensive repertoire, our chefs can meet your every demand. Dear Mr. Lawson,
On behalf of me and my family and friends who joined me in Barbados, I cannot begin to thank you enough for your generosity in inviting me to spend a week at your villa. We all just had a a terrific time. What a beautiful place you have created; everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, the staff was tremendous and the surroundings were beautiful. Trust me, I did not want to leave.
It was special to have been able to have a chance to truly relax and spend time with my family and dear friends before facing another busy season here in New York and for that I am very grateful.
Please let me know if you would like to send your cooks for another round of training. We would certainly welcome them back to Le Bernardin.
And of course, let me know when you would like to join us at Le Bernardin. I look forward to, in some small way, returning the favor of your wonderful generosity.
